Managing company, cooperation with foreign and local clients. Recruitment of qualified candidates from various sectors according to client’s requirements. Assuring good and fair standard of services to clients.

Before 1992 – leading position in the field of intellectual property rights.

Hobbies: Active sporting – golf, tennis, skiing, cycling. Culture: music, historical films

Kateřina Fabíková

Kateřina Fabiková has finished her studies at University of Economics in Prague with major in Economy and Business Management and minor in Psychology and Sociology in Business Management.

She has experiences in recruitment and personnel agenda administration since 1993 when she has started to work for FIRST CZECH RECRUITMENT, s.r.o. She has stared to work for FCR very soon after its foundation. She is business partner in the company since 2000.

She is responsible for organising recruitment selection processes and conducting personal interviews with potential candidates from position in administration up to position in top management. She is experienced in recruiting for the positions in administration, banking, finance and accounting, sales, technical sales and IT positions among the others.

She is responsible also for the personnel administration agenda and the Labour Code questions. She is responsible for staff outsourcing and communication with clients for which FCR is lending the personnel in accordance with Czech Labour Code.

Her hobbies are art, culture, geography, history and sport. She likes to travel and visit new places in Czech Republic and also abroad. She is actively practising and teaching yoga asanas in her free time. She can communicate in English fluently.
