As a result of expansion, we are seeking a new Industrial negotiator. The new team member must be a friendly, outgoing personality with a leaning towards sales and/or analytical nature. Must be a team worker interested in the goals of the team. A professional, diligent approach to work is expected. Must be keen to listen and learn and will be taught many of the skills required. Representing the landlords to secure tenants - Advise on leasing strategy (measurements, rental levels, lease conditions) - Handling new requirements - Mailings and follow up phone calls - Viewings of properties - Organizing space-planning - monitoring - Assisting on some technical aspects where relevant - monitoring - Advise on Heads of Terms (rentals and other business issues) - Negotiations on commercial issues - Assistance on legal issues - Communication with international client, company Acquisition - search of options - negotiations of business terms - understanding occupier’s business Marketing - advise on marketing materials - brochures - presentations - tenants guides - agency boards - agent’s functions - PR Client’s contact - regular reporting – daily contact - marketing meetings with updates on - leasing - marketing - retail market conditions Specific Skills needed - English and Czech essential / other foreign language a plus - Driving license - Computer skills: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel/Access PowerPoint Scanning, Photos Internal databases and spreadsheets Applicant – ideally graduate with 1 year work experience Timing - ASAP
